Absence of fair trial

Fair trial is not given, since accused has not been provided with all the records to defend himself, since accused is charged under Section 420, 467, 468, 120B of IPC , so complete trial is based on documentary records, Accused also filed an application  for providing a record , which is necessary for the trial, but application has been rejected, like this total 5 applications has been rejected by the special Judge, due to such act we are aggrived and feel that we are not given fair trial,

Hence my question Whether a person can approach High Court for quashing of trial under Section 482 since court is not providing a fair trial ???

trial is running since 2006,
