HI,
my sister was with L&T on 2 years bond since 2011 june. she absconded from the company in feb 2012 as her fiance wasnt interested in sending her for the job. she dint inform anyone and just left the company. I was recieving notices on the name of my dad , from the company asking me to pay the bond initially and later there wqas no notice for an year. now again i have got a notice asking me to pay 18% interest p.a along with the 2 lac bond amount.
My father has passed away and we ha shifted from the address we were staying before.
kindly help me what should I do..
