We have to form a trade union in BSNL. We want to know that an all india trade union can be registered in Labour Commissioner office in Rajkot or not ? If it is, then where to contact ?

is it mandatory to held an all india conference of the said union before registration ?

which are the posts mandatory in the list of office bearers of such union ?

can i have sample copy of the constitution of any union working in any PSU ?

what are the main aspects in the constitution of a trade union ?
