my great grand father was died on december 2015 he has one sun{my grand father} and two daughters .
two daughters setteled there property when great grand father a live and great grand father written will that his total property was goes to his son after he dies .but the will does not registered how to claim the property to my grand father the two daughters of our great grand father was ready to sign in the documents tell me the process of transfering

get the "un registered will" be probated in a court of law of your jurisdiction.then obtain a relinquishment deed from the daughters of great grand father. consult a local lawyer of your area.
