FRIENDS I M GREAT TOURBLE AS I LIVED IN THE UP (SAHARANPUR) SINCE 1990 TILL 2010 BUT FROM LAST 3 YEAR WE LIVE IN THE UTTRAKHAND I WANT TO KNOE THAT THIS THING WILL BARR ME TO BE A PERMANENT RESIDENT OF UP . AND IF I GET A GOVERNMENT JOB THEN POLICE GOES TO VERIFICATION THEN WHERE WILL POLICE GO TO CHECK AS I HAVE SOME RELATIVES IN SAHARANPUR

but according to uttrakhand govnmt no one can be permanent resident of uttrakhand untill it have 15 years living time they providing permanent certificates to only who live before 1985
