About divorce

Hello sir im saperate from my wife from last 9 years and i dont know where is my wife and now im in canada and want to apply divorce can i get ex party dovorce if i couldnt find my wife and how long to get divorce do i need to get divorce if my last marriage was not registered

Hello you could not try to find in last 9 year your wife and why you today want to divorce ,file against her

if she have not touch with you and not you and in last 9 year you not heard about her and not she could not try to find you than why should you file divorce ..

so move forward and live as you now
