APEAL time

What is the time limit to appeal for upper court in 498a .. I got aquital from lower court on 30/08/17 I think my wife will apeal this order to upper court but till now I hv not get any information about that.... what is the time period for appeal in jharkhand

Usually 30 days period for filling appeal against the acquittal order, but as it is state case the appeal has to be made by wife along with state government.

If the order is of 30.08.17 then appeal is ought to have been filed on or before 30.09.17 by your wife.
