A doctor is running an illegal clinic in a full rented house in a congested street in Delhi-NCR (Ghaziabd) area, please suggest

A doctor is running an illegal clinic in a highly dense residential area in a whole 3 storied 200sqft area home in Delhi-NCR (Ghaziabad) area and has hired uneducated and unqualified young aged boys and girls as his nursing staff, this clinic is causing deaths of patients everyday, spreading immense amounts of bio-medical waste and polluting the living area of people of the same street. Also exposing neighbors to the chances of catching infection. His clinic also causes jam in the area as the patient's relatives wait in front of the neighboring houses and also park their vehicles blocking their main gates.

I want to know that what kind of case can be filed against this doctor and if its also possible to make it certain that this clinic is shut down permanantly?

If he is registered with the MCI u can file a complaint with them alleging that he is operating his clinic in violation of MCI guidelines.

as regards pollution part u can contact ur local SPCB/CPCB offices. u can also file a cease and desist application for an injunction order 2 b passed against the doctor under Order 39 cpc and/or Section 38 Specific Relief Act.

Kunal, thank you so much for the response !!

He is also using 80% of a rented residential property

I read somewhere that a doctor could use only 30% of a residential property for running his clinic?

Also, if a local resident wants to make an anonymous complaint regarding this to the concerned authority, where can he complain against this clinic?

That doctor is also running a chemist shop outside his clinic which is monitored and operated by one of his uneducated nursing staff who doesn't even have a high school certificate and can be found selling medicines without a clue, I suppose its also illegal according to the rules?

People like this doctor are rendering havoc over the society.

Put up a representation before medical counsel of india giving all the details of what you are alleging and request them to take appropriate action at the earliest. Or else pin point a case where you find that the docter has not treated the patient properly or some untoward incident has taken place then immediately lodge a police complaint and your purpose would be serve. Report about the doctor to medical council of India and get such quakes arrested. You may also lodge police complaint and can report the corporation office in regard to medical waste. You can also file suit for permanent & permanent injunction.
