63 years of Possession agriculture land Telangana

Dear sir, My father forefather 3 members my grand father is younger one. We have total 3.18 acres for all as decided manually each one acre 1.07 guntas. Now my elder grand father's son saying Out of 1.07 guntas 9 guntas is still in their name since 1954-55 in Telangana records starts from there. Actually we all have physical possession 100% correct but received are showing their names on 9 guntas. Also some others sy.no are also mentioned wrong but possession is there for them. So we have sold 15 guntas in 2004 to someone else from this 1.07 guntas so that 9 guntas and our 6 guntas also have possession who perchased in 2004. What is the action now want do to protect our land

Dear Sir,

My grandfather have 3 brothers. 1st Brother X 2nd brother Y x 3rd one is our Grand father

They have devided agriculture property let us say 3 acres each one 1 acre. (having each one possession till now)

But unfortunately 1 st brother sons got inherited the land as 1.09 guntas instead of 1.0 acres.

Our grand father and my father inherited 0.31 guntas but in possession same 1.0 acre exactly. now the problem is 1st brother sons says 0.09 guntas inherited from their father. total 1.09 as per records from 1954-55 showing their father names and then his sons of X.

My father is having 31 guntas how can we claim this land

It is poseesion/occupation that matters unless the partition had been effected through a registered deed, Mere entries in revenue records are not decisive as to title.
