Hi Sir, Wife filed 498 on me only on 03.09.2013 and FIR only my name mentioned. I want to apply for quash in High court. Please advise what documents required for 498a quash. Is FIR certified copy sufficient to apply ? Please advise.Thanks for ur time.

@Srinivas: FIR quash is difficult, since usually, one can easily establish a primafacie using FIR,
Let the police file chargesheet and go for chargesheet quash. You can try for FIR quash .. but.. usually judges dont entertain.
