1. Wife Filled 498a in Sep – 2013. We took stay on charge sheet from Allahabad high court.
2. Wife Filled DV case in DEC – 2013. We took stay on proceeding from Allahabad high court.
3. Wife filled Divorce in JULY – 2014. Next date of hearing in 17, OCT – 2014.
Now Wife wants compromise on LUMSUM payment...
What is the right approach to do compromise...
Her lawyer said that filled the joint petition in mediation centre in local court where we sign the compromise application. Further, you can take the compromise application on that basis high court quashes the cases against me. Before that they want move the application in section 13 B.
Please suggest...the safer formula (I cannot make trust on the her lawyer)
