498 A had been filed 2 yrs back. Now police has charge sheeted me. They waited my ex wife to join the investigation, but she did not join. Police waited for 2 yrs for her. Now what is path foreward,
Can i file discharge report if police report says she had not joined the investigation. ?

Delay in filing charge sheet is a ground for quashing the FIR, if your wife not coperating in the investigation with any bonafide reason then the FIR is liable to quashed by High court.

Yes, you should definitely move the Discharge application in the court.
