498a change of lawyer when ab pending

lawyer can be changed anytime during the proceedings.send him a notice that you are terminating his services and ask for a noc from him.if he doesnt provide you then file an application in the court for withdrawing the vakalathnama and file a fresh one

Yes U can change the lawyer if U R not satisfied with his working procedure.

changing of lawyers is not a big issue but when your lawyer is extending your interim bail you should understand he is keeping his efforts and court will see all aspects and then only grant ab and even if you change the lawyer and if court does not grant you ab then what will you do court will see the allegations kept by your wife and how deep are there and what made you think that your lawyer is with other party

If you have lost your faith in your (present) lawyer straight away change him/her, it is your personal decision.I agree with expert advise of advocate K. Mahesh.

Ask your lawyer to return the brief and not to appear before the Court in next date of hearing and issuance of NOC.

Meanwhile, engage another local lawyer, execute a vakalatnama in his/her favour, provide office copy of the brief and pay his/her fees and make sure his appearance in the proceeding. 

Changing a lawyer is a big question.why can't you talk with him humbly and short out any problem..?nobody is going to do anything against his profession. Even you are bent on changing your lawyer for some other reason , you just submit another vokalatnama signed by another lawyer.
