Sir, I am the dowry victim, my lawyer is not showing interest and not guiding to fight case against my husband, if I report the same to the judge what will be the action???

Either the said lawyer is indeed not attending to your case properly or you are yourself not properly informed..

Certainly you can object to act of lawyer that is not in interest of matter at your hands, justice..with sound logic..
