498a and dv

Respected All,

My AB bail is pending before Hon Patna HC for 498A, and she filled DV as well, My lawyer is saying after 498A if girls files DV then 498A would become less effective as VD is Civil case. he is telling there is one judgement from delhi high court on this.please help me for my below queries:

1) after 2 year's of sepration she filled DV is there any time limit to file DV?

2) Is there any de;hi highcourt judgement on 498A and DV, so that i can get AB without any condition?

3) can we file Quash Petition before HC for DV case?

4)any other suggestion are most welcome.

Please help as i lost in law forest..

Dear slapped, A case is a case , 498a will remain strong weather there is a DV or not . DV is second next weapon to 498a . Women use it in any which way . AB is temporary solution for 498a . DV case : you have to fight the case or put a stay in high court . It all depends on facts of the case . Weather you win or not . But both laws a favoured for women only . Generally there is a end to everything ... Marriage now a days ends with 498a and DV ... One more thing don't ever compromise ....
