in my 498a & DV cases, there has been no movement since the cases filed. the girl appears before the court but by lawyer's tactics, skips the evidence/affidavit and nothing moves on.
is there any possibility to transfer 498a & DV filed in city X to City y within the same district? is it the right thing to do it?
