requesting help..my wife and mine living seperately from each other since march 2010..in the year 06/2012 with the initiations of my wifes lawyer negotiations were happened by that i didnt engaged any lawyer.blindly .according to that i had executed a plot against to them and had given gold worth of 7 lakhs to them in 07/2012..on 08/2013 they filed false 498a,sec.509..3,4 D.P act against mine in the year 08/2012 and MC case in 12/2013..honorable judge on her own registered 494 by hearing my wifes concocted stories..........cases were still pending in the court..
once again their lawyer brought negotiations through my lawyer for rs 7 lakhs and an monthly paying amount of Rs.30000 for maintainence for with drawing all cases against mine(with out divorce.).what are all the precautions i had to take to protect myself form them in future..what are all the possible ways for them to harass me in future..please enlighten me
