Hi my name is vinay kumar from hyderabad.
Lady (wife) had put a false allegation on me on 498A section.
Police had given bail to me, I do not know whether they really filed FIR or not.
Since police officers and the subordinates told me that they are going to arrest everybody in my family.
We got scared and paid as per their requirement.
This scene happened 2 months back.
Still no confirmation or enquiry from them.
Still how many days I need to wait or will the case is only a fake one.
How can we know its a genuine FIR or not.
Sine in my opinion writer had copied from one format and given to one of my relatives as a copy.
Please do needful on this and let me know how to proceed further.
Also I applied for legal divorce through court, how many days it takes for the court hearing.
