I have dispute with my wife from 2010 after 7 year old marriage. She belongs to Schedule Caste and I belongs to obc. In 2010 she filed false police complaint and same day of FIR police arrested me and after my regular bail she again filed FIR SC/ST Act against me and my family and you will be surprised to know she is appointed as Govt. teacher on the basis of OBC certificate and now she want to transfer these two cases from the incident place to another to harraas me and my family. now what i have to do?? will both the cases will transferred or not??
