Dear All,
I've recieved an FIR 498 A/ 406 / 323 / 506 / 34 dated 25/june/2015 (panchkula, Haryana) from my wife. She made parties to my father, Mother, Brother and sister - in - law including me.
the cops are calling us tomorrow to join the investigetion and openly demanded cash from parents to remove their names.
My questions are:
1) should we go there to join investigetion? What will happen, If we will not go there tomorrow?
2) we don't have enough money, how to avoid it?
3) After the FIR can they remove the names? (I think NO)
4) when should I apply for AB and how?
5) how to fight the case?
