Hi Experts,
One person took loan of Rs. 50 lacs from 10 different peoples for his business. He unfortunately lost every thing in loss of business. Now his all creditors started haraassing him for their money on the basis of blank stamp papers, blank cheques, and other documents in their posession. Some of them beaten him, some presented cheques in court, some claimed his house being agreed to sell, some registered FIR against his whole family by someways.
He ultimately commited suiside and left with a suiside note of 5 pages, he written over there every haraasment by his all creditors and mentioned each name clearly and requested police to take action against the people responsible of his suiside. But police with influence of those 10 people is doing nothing axcept 174 process.
My question is in regard to remidies available with his LR's ......
1. Is there any offence u/s 306, 506,107, 34, IPC.
2. If not the above said than what is way out against these cruel creditors.
3. If there is any attack with LRs , what is procedure.
