11 months Agreement expired for over 6 months i have been paying same rent amount is there any problem whether LL will able evict me out. I want to stay there with resonable hike in rent. how to proceed . what is the maximum percentage of hike i have to give.
I''m having it for non residental.

unless the landlord asks you to terminate the tenancy you dont need to worry about it.if he asks for a hike in the rent just tell him if its excessive and arrive at a compromise
