`-getting a copy of old building plan at bbmp bangalore

Respected Sirs,

We are living at Cheluvadhi Palya New Layout, Dr.T.C.M.Royan
Road, Bangalore -53, Ward No.138 We had lost in the above said
Building Plan which was made in the year 1983-84. We tried to get the same in the local Ward Office. But,we could not able to get it. Kindly let us know that in which Office of the BBMP and to whom to approach to get the
Old Plan copy of the Building Plan or Are there any alternative Procedures
for the same.

From 2008 onwards, all records have been digitized.

All records upto the year 2008 are manually registered.

Best is to contact your ARO of the location of the property.

Also, better still, is to mail your query to the following e-mail and they would guide you

and the ARO himself might contact you as well.

If nothing works out, file under RTI and seek the details you need from BBMP.

But first try this e-mail ID mentioned above.

Dear Sir, Thanks to your reply. In the local ARO Office, I had been asked to to go and find our other branches of enginerring section. I have not met the ARO, the dealing personnel guided me. But there was no proper response. Meanwhile, I tried in the above mentioned e-mail address i.e contactusbbmp@gmail.com ( five times ) and sent WhatApps message, I pain to say that I was not given any reply till date. Hence, I request you to kindly provide me the exact RTI, address of BBMP, Bangalore. Whether, the RTI application to CPIO, Deputy Commissioner or some other persons I do not know that.

Please provide the RTI address of BBMP
