File an appeal, if you have sufficient proof /evidence to prove your case, otherwise accept the decision.

Elaborate the FIR. Why was the accused acquitted? What reason was given by the judge?

very sketchy facts. no fruitful advise can be given without going through bunch of papers created so far.

dear sir/ma'm,

you have to file suit for annulment of marriage on the ground that party to that marriage did not consent.

you can also appeal against the order of acquittal.

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     05 April 2014

Your question seems to be a vague and of an academic in nature.  It is not elaborate or with proper details, approach your senior if your an advocate for further explanation in this regard.

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     06 April 2014

sorry.

suit for annualement of marrige cannot be filed by third party.
