I have joined my present company on 23 July 2012, I was on maternity leave from 1st Oct 2014 to June 2015. My 9 months leave included 3 months ML,45 days EL and 133 days of leave without pay. After 9 months of leave I had joined my company again in June 2015. Mine was a sanctioned laeve of 9 months but it also included 133 days of LWP. In July this year (2017) i will complete 5 years with this company, but these 5 years also has 133 of LWP. I am planning to leave this company so I just wanted to know if after completion of 5 years I work 133 more days will I then get my gratuity?
