Do the woman has rights to sell a property without her son signature which got it from her father as a gift. The properties was earned by her father.

Yes as that is her self-owned property inherited from her father who made it from his own earning.

Woman is owner, Owner of the property can sell / gift / mortgage / bequeath a will of the property, no one can object.

Title owner can dispose the immovable property in her life time in anyone's favor without any need of anyone's consent.

Your mother being owner and estate being self acquired you as son have NO forced share in it and your consent is not required to dispose the property.

Why do you believe that son should have any say in disposing of the gift given to his mother by mother's own father? Her right is absolute.

Please be aware, even if property has been purchased by you in the name of your mother, even in that case also your mother would not have been obliged to get your signature to sell that property.
