Try to settle the issue amicably. The property was purchased by your grandparents. Will (uyil) executed by your grandfather only. so file a case in court of law, if not amicably settled.

A WILL can be operational only after it is probated upon death of the Testator. and in such a case notice will be served on the interested parties by the court .. since ,you have not seen the WILL , you can not know whether the so called document is duly registered or not?
So, it is better to get in touch with an experienced Civil lawyer of your locality for proper advice and guidance.
