Pls help me my husband file divorce case in 2012...iam living in matrimonial house bt mere husband rent pe rehte hai aur mere mother in law kaha hai mujhe pata ni...lakin ab ye pta chal raha hai ki dono foreign shift ho re hai...mere husband apni saari property sale kar re hai...pls bataye mai kya karu....jaha mai rehti hu wo bi meri mother in law ka name pe hai aur unki jo property hai wo sab mere inlaw ke name par hai...case chal ra hai aur ye aise out of india ja sakte hamesha ke liye
Pls bataye mai kya kar sakti...me file dv act case.....

Contest the Divorce Suit by filing Written Statement.You have no property right during the life time of your husband.You can file a case under Domestic Violence Act by claiming maintenance and residence right.

File a case under PWDV Act and ask for injunction against sale of those properties on the said ground.

aap immediately domestic violence file kareen . aur court se stay manginge flat bechne ke against . court aap ko stay dega kyunki woh aap ka matrimonial home hai
