transfer of property ownership

Dear Sir,I have an ancestral property in my native place which is in the name of my grandfather.. both Grand parents as well as my parents also passed away. My grandpa had two childrens one was my deceased father and another younger sister of my father who is surviving .. now I want to transfer that property ownership to my name.. is there any provision that I can transfer ownership directly to my name on production of death certificates of decreased parties..I was suggested that first ownership has to be transferred to my father name and then to my name.. please suggest me an appropriate solution. I want to retain my ancestral legacy...

you need NOC of your aunt.

The property is vested with all the Class I heirs of your grand father, you and your aunt included.

The NOC / relinquish deed from your aunt would be necessary for transferring the property in your name.

Sir recently there was a supreme Court judgment read in newspaper regarding daughters inheritance arise if her father died on or after 2005 from commencement of amended law.. In connection with this decision with referrence to my above case still I do I need to get NOC from my aunt as my grand father and grand mother passed away before 1995.. Pls assist me...
