If the Daughters are Particular about their Share in Property that is Ancestral they should not Sign any Deeds regarding the same. The Self Earned Properties of the Parents would be at their Disposal and Parents could Decide as they Wish.No PIL would be Entertained regarding this and Ignorance of Law is Not an Excuse.

Present law is adequately taking care of the rights of the daughters.

You may proceed legally in some particular case if merits exist.

Many daughters have challenged the said release deeds on grounds of undueinfluence when they were in their custody but in courts because daughters are literate its difficult to prove influence from their parents on them
