Do you mean that you forged the signature of bank customer?

and/or Did you accept it before bank?

If yes, it is serious misconduct.

Still you may Consult a very able counsel specializing in Labor/service matters.

Not able to understand the facts clearly, sorry.

Whether you were on permanent post?

Whether proper inquiry was conducted after issuing charge sheet?

Please discuss with local service law expert, and proceed.

Mr. Ankit Pachouree,

Your description clearly indicates that your query is an academic query, as it is deficient of several basic facts. For example your description has not answered the following very important questions:

1) Was there any specific purpose of making forged signature of the customer of bank?

2) Also, in which of the document did you sign as a customer of the bank?

3) Whether the fact of forged signature was proved during a departmental inquiry or not?

4) Whether the customer admitted or denied about the signature to be of his own during the departmental inquiry, if held?

5) What was the report of the Inquiring Authority?
