technical resignation

Sir I was working as postman in post office. I relieved through technical resignation. But my education department BEO denied It.I have joined as Ett teacher in Punjab two days ago.I HV confirmed my probation in last job under centre govt. There is probation on basic 10300 for 3 year. Please tell me what to do.

You get this information from your last employer and get it confirmed to BEO. Even the office of Block Education Officer may not be aware so better to contact District Education Officer or Director Primary Education Punjab, Chandigarh.

Your question is not clear, when you say, "but my education department BEO denied It. You have not cleared, what your BEO has denied with respect to your technical resignation in your previous department?

Please clarify about that.

Sir my BEO refused to take charge report and character certficate issued by post office. She said that there is no need of this because that department is different.

Presently you don't have any legal problem for any solution. Your query is quite irrelevant.

Not only irrelvant, but also your clarification proves that to be quite hypothetical and academic, as no character certificate is issued by the Post Office to its employees on relief.

Even if there is even a bit of truth in your story, your charge report etc. in your previous employment has no relevance for the new employer. You need not worry on that issue, as the BEO or the DEO will call for the other relevant records to fulfill the requirement of provisions of rules.

Yes the character certificate are irrelevant as to the technical resignation and joining the new post.

All that technical resignation entails is the counting of past service and retaining the lien in the parent department.
