if you were apprentice you were not even employee leave aside permanent. You were not on pay rolls and your service book was not opened. Apparently you have hidden no material fact.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 30 July 2014
It was not permanent employment, do not worry.

You have no legal right to retain the apprenticeship as per your whims and wishes.

leave aside ty or pmt, Apprenticeship is not employment at all.

You have disclosed everything in your first post in this thread.

Although the apprenticeship period does not attract ‘Employer-Employee’
relationship……………….you should rather focus on job application, affidavit, employment application form and various other forms and columns in it and check if there were columns on ‘Previous

Training/apprenticeship’ record, and determine if you have concealed anything……………………….

If you joined as Apprentice then the Apprenticeship Rules 1992 shall apply and accordingly you can end the Apprenticeship………………….as per rules

If you are ready to pay stipend received by you, the matter may be ignored subject to the permission of the officer concerned.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 10 August 2014
you need not pay stipend. You are unnecessarily determined to confuse the matter.

You seem to have question for every solution.
