stay on sale of an immovable property

(Querist) 28 April 2015 This query is : Resolved
An immovable property was purchased by my mother in name of her three sons when we were minors. On attaining majority we relenquished our rights and claims to our mother before SDM court. My mother sold her property to my father and my father has gifted the property to one of his grandsons through a registered deed.I do not have any documents relating to property. Can I get a stay on the sale of immovable property without presenting any documents?

In the earlier query, you were the grandson who received the property by gift. The present query puts a different version. Why?
Amol (Querist) 30 April 2015
Yes sir,I am the grandson.I have received the gift. For the convenience of the experts,I posted this query as my uncle.

What do mean by saying/confirming to be grandson ? if you were gifted with the property what is the necessity to get a stay on the sale?, what about the document you were supposed to have? Dont put hypothetical queries, consult a local lawyer if you have real problem.
