our writ petitetion is going on in bpmbay high on hearing we demand interim releif because ours is very urgent case but due to unprepared ness of pur advocate court did not grant us interim releif can we file slp in supreme coirt of india l against this order if we can then in how much time it will be resolved because ours is very urgent case

SLP cannot be filed against interim order. Just because you did not get the interim order desired by you, pl. do not blame your lawyer. It all depends upon the facts and circumstances of the case.

i will blame because he did not represent the case well may be he take money from opposite party becauee suprme court judgements are in our favour
