section 12 of Guardians and wards act

Sir,
Under a case of permanent custody under section 6 and 8 of the hindu minority and guardianship act, can i make an application for the temporary or interim custody of the ward under section 12 of the guardian and wards act.

Sir, I have filed a case under sections 6 and 8 of the hindu minority and guardianship act,1956 , till the pendancy of the suit I want to have the temporary custody of my son during his school holidays. Under which section and act can i make the application. Can an application be also filed under section 12 of the guardians and wards act, 1890 in the same suit.

I filed an application under section 12 of G&W Act with section 6 and 8 of HMA Act, 1956. The family judge is saying that both the applications can not be filed in the same suit since both of the Acts are different and he is pressuring me to not press my application, which i filed under section 12 of G&W Act, 1890. Pls advice what should i do.
