resignation not accepted

Hi.. I serving 2 months notice period with wipro and only 5 days left of the same.but I have no communication from the company regarding acceptance of resgnation.what shld i do..my HR said it will be done on last day of notice period.she said serve notice and go..will relieve later

There appears to no legitimate reason for your worry. Have trust that the HR would honour their word.

Send email with a copy to you (preferably personal email) as suggested by Mr.Sethi and add that acknowledgment of notice of resignation and its acceptance be supplied to you stating the last date in office i.e. dated.............as per expiry of notice period tendered by you.
You may attach the copy of notice tendered by you................and should ask to whom you should handover the charge under proper acknowledgment within your last day in office i.e dated............

This should serve as a reminder too.

If you have resigned vide some software resignation toll download a copy.

Even then you can submit notice of resignation (dated as in software resignation tool) by letter thru redg. post and attach or mention that you have submitted notice of resignation vide software resignation tool also.



Do not forget to submit final resignation with a copy to you and under proper acknowledgment, citing the reference of notice of resignation (attach a copy) and reminder submitted as per minutes of discussion with HR...........

Dear Ajay,
Your apprehension is genuine but conditions differs from situation to situation.

Have patience and serve the notice period as per appointment terms.

In case , your resignation is not accepted after expiry of notice period, suitable advice can be given basing on development made till then.

This is the time to build favorable written record.....under proper acknowledgment.


You may also add that NO tasks are pending at your end and highlight your contributions,achievements,awards,rewards,incentives and download the HR policy/service rules and regulations,FnF policy,exit policy etc stated in appointment letter...................and ask to whom you should handover the charge within and upto last day in office that is dated................and request to supply the acknowledgment and acceptance of resignation,FnF statement in original for verification and acceptance,Fnf wages by Bank DD,service certificate,relieving letter,Pf number and a/c slips,ESIC card,Form16 as per correct FnF statement,NOC/NDC etc within last day in office.......
