Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 31 August 2015 This query is : Resolved 
I am a tenant for more than 22 years. My landlord has filled a suit for eviction on me. At this ongoing suit for eviction can i apply new tiles do plaster of paris and electrification for beauty of my shop premises. And also can i change the firm name of my shop. Please help me and give me reply.
