removal of committee members.

Dear sir,
I am working wid a co-op. society where there are 11 committee members out of which the chairmen and 2 other members are acting against da interest of da society even they are avoiding and ignoring society related affairs.
I request you to put light on da complete procedure to bring Motion of No Confidence on these members and in which type of meeting we can initiate dis.

By the way, how much time you could save by writing a two letter "DA" in place of three letter "THE"? Were not you able to write other words also in abbreviation?

What is meant for "wid" "da" "dis"?? I donot know, please throw some light.
No confidence motion is required to be moved by 1/5 members in terms of section 36 of The Delhi Coopertive Societies Act, 2003.
However, check in your state Cooperative Societies Act, which may differ being a state subject.
