Regarding SSC recruitment

Dear Experts My cousine brothee applied for constable post in service selection board,chennai in CRPF.He is native of rajasthan. Let me mention here that it is central government post. on 8.5.2013 written exam was conducted. Result = qualified 24.1.2014...medical exam was conducted Reault=qualified he got 67% yesterday, final merit was uploaded. his name was not there.when he called at chennai office. Office in charge speak in english or tamil. so he asked me to enquire as i have little knowledge of english. person in charge said....merit is final.why u applied here from Rajasthan? phone was disconnected. now they are not picking up call.we tried from many numbers. i came to know that many candidated who scored less then him has got place in merit list. My query is 1.what should we do now? 2.we are resident of rajasthan,have no one known there.what documents we need to have when we take any legal action. 3.from where we should hire advocate(Chennai/from Rajasthan) 4.can you suggest us lawyer regarding this? 5.With in how many days ..legal action must be taken(should we apply in group/or singally) your suggestions are must. kind regards Experts

you will have to engage lawyer in chennai only . if your brother has not been selected in final merit list he wont be eligible for the job .
