regarding mismatch in name in of the degree

my name in matriculation certificate is Rishika Tiwari and in intermediate it is Kumari Rishika Tiwari. So in the graduation degree my name is mentioned as Kumari Rishika Tiwari.I applied for a banking competitive exam and in notification it was mentioned to write name as mentioned in matriculation. I did so.I have qualified in the exam.now in document verification procedure I may be rejected due to mismatch in the degrees. Kindly guide be.what must be done and how much time it will take.

Probably Kumari was written as a title for Unmarried girl.
Explain it.
If required submit an affidavit as acceptable to bank.
In the meantime initiate the process for correction with University.

Kumari is written as first name...will bank accept the affidavit. what will be the matter written in the affidavit.
how much time would it be taken by the university to reissue a new degree

There would be no problem. You can explain in case of need. Affidavit is good alternate.

The bank can provide model language or any deedwriter in local courts/SRO etc can draft it for you.
Elders of your family can handle it.
For procedure and time taken,fee ect Univ/college admin can guide you.

I agree with experts advise.
Being unmarried you must have mentioned the prefix "Kumari" while filing intermediate and graduation examination form, which cannot be expunged/modified/altered at this stage or even after your marriage.
The banker/employer will be required to be submitted an affidavit (if required)stating the fact inter alia, that, Rishika Tiwari and Kumari Rishika Tiwari are one and the same person.
