Incomplete, vague query. However, on the basis of whatever gathered from your query it appears that you are talking about Grandson of your father's maternal Uncle [Mausa]. If both of you are Indian 'Christian', the marriage has to be in accordance with the provisions of 'The Indian Christian Marriage Act, 1872' and there being nothing like prohibited degree as 'Sapinda in Hindu's', apparently there is no bar in this type of marriage, provided all the procedures, including declaration as stipulated in aforesaid Act are scrupulously followed. Go through the Act and act accordingly.
