regarding divorce case

Sir I hv filed divorce against my wife who's a advocate n now my adv n her adv told me to withdraw the case or pay the intrm money I think that I should withdraw the case but confused sir expert's pls tell me the further consequence I will face

There should be no confusion. Either divorce or no divorce. If you want divorce, must be ready to pay the maintenance charges if your income is more than your wife. If don't want divorce, that you have to see, whether or not both of you can live peacefully with mutual trust & belief on each other. if that is not possible for both of you, there cannot be a second option for you, except to give divorce,, irrespective of what yours and her lawyer advises you.

No children only 7 months of marriage & 3 yrs of desertion from her I'm confused wt to do, if got married secondly lawfully or unlawfully will she stay happily or no?,first wife if ready to come back wt would b her past for 3yrs while desertion if still I forgive will she stay happily or make my life more worst then now ??????
