Dear sir,
My house is in red line area .
And it was alloted by govt. When the punjab and pak was devided.
Now we just have that emi,s receipts on name of my grand mother. My grand mother is passed away.
What i can do to take registration on my name.

Dear Client,
Take a legal heir certificate from revenue officials after producing your grand mother's death certificate ration card, address proof, such as driving license. telephone bills, Aadhar card etc. Produce this legal heir certificate to revenue officials and get the property registered in your name/mutated in your name. Death certificate of your grandmother you can get by applying for it in Municipal corporation or from the Hospital where she breathed her last.Or you can get legla heir certificate from District court also by producing your grandmother's death certificate and an Affidavit of you that you are the sole legal heir of your grandmother surviving after her demise based on you ration card etc explained by me above.The Court conducts news paper enquiry by giving 45 days public notice to anyone who files objections. If no one turns up after 45 days court will grant you legal heir certificate.
