Hello sir, I was serving in sashastra seema bal and had resigned in oct 2014. But want to join back. Request to all of you if anybody can give the name and contact number of best lawyer of lucknow who deals in service matter. Urgent

you could have been allowed by the deptt to re-join within 3 months if re-joining was in public interest.

now case is gone.

But in crpf, people have joined back after six months as well, they just lost seniority.
Cant it happen in my case in ssb?

What for do you need/seek services of a lawyer in Lucknow for a procedural law, apply to DG SSB, Commandant of your last unit with a copy of Chief Record Officer, if admissible, within rule and in the public interest, it will be considered.

CRPF may be giving concession and SSB may o9r may not give. Cannot be compelled to take you back.

I have written letter to DG SSB. But they have rejected my plea.
Now what should I do?

If the authorities rejected your application, you should know the reason for rejection or at least should have mentioned it here, without that how do you expect the experts to know what happened in your case.

Agreeing with Mr Kalaiselvean I will add that first of all you have not only weak rather zero case. further you are giving facts on installment basis as you have now stated that

It will be in your interest not to play hide and seek

Sir,
My resignation got effective on 22 oct. I appealed on 14 jan through written requisition by normal post. Ssb replied in may stating that" your requisition is rejected as your letter was reached in april. So as per ccs rule after 90 days , re.joining cnt be given."by saying this they rejected my request.

Again I wrote letter to Home minister of india under copy to ssb.
In that request , I mentioned that I had applied within 90 days since resignation got effective. Late receiving of letter by ssb is not my fault.
Then home ministry forward my letter to ssb.

In reply of that request ssb snt me letter in july stating that under ccs rule rejoining is nt possible after 90 days and no case in past has hapnd in ssb.by saying ths they also strictly mentiond nt to correspondent in ths matter in future. This letter ws given to me under copy to mha.
