Anonymous query. Moreover, your query is an academic query without proper description of the background and more specifically, when you have asked, "If yes then pls explain how".

By the way, please state whether your marriage was legal, i.e., whther you married him after yours and/or his divorce and under which Act of law married, whether with Hindu marriage rites or Muslim rites, whether his first wife is still alive or not, and what need has arisen for exerting your and your son's right during the life time of your second husband?

No doubt anonymous query but a small clarification, that the author's son was born to her fist husband therefore the son will be eligible to claim rights over the property of his biological father only and not with the her second husband's property.
