If you want to find out status of delivery:

Visit PO and ask them to check from their internal links.

Or submit written complaint or pursue RTI route.

vaibhav chauhan,

YOU HAVE MAINTAINED SILENCE TO THE QUESTION

"FILING OF WHICH COMPLAINT ARE YOU TAKING ABOUT?"

IN YOUR QUERY, YOU HAVE SAID,

"my client issued a cheque to the accused and no registered A.D. has been recieved back by the complainant"

1. WHO IS YOUR CLIENT?

2. WHO IS ACCUSED?

3. WHO IS COMPLAINANT?

YOU MAY ASK YOUR CLIENT TO CHECK HIS BANK ACCOUNT AND IF THE ISSUED CHEQUE HAS BEEN CLEARED, THAT ITSELF IS A PROOF THAT CHEQUE WAS DELIVERED EVEN IF AD HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

FOR FUTURE PURPOSES, IT IS ADVISED THAT HYPOTHETICAL/CONCOCTED QUERIES FOR TESTING KNOWLEDGE OF EXPERTS SHOULD HAVE UNDERSTANDABLE AND COMPLETE DETAILS.
