Pursuing regular degree along with a regular private job??

(Querist) 02 July 2018 This query is : Resolved
Dear Members,
I'm working in a private company as a full-time employee. I want to pursue a Graduation degree. I want to go for a regular degree because people give low preferences to private degree holder's.

Can I do both at a time?? will it be legal and won't create any problem in future??

In future, I want to go for CIVIL Exams.

Degree is important whether you appear as regular or private. If there are night colleges in your area, then join in night college. but you cannot do both at a time.
Shashank (Querist) 02 July 2018
My shift timing is flexible. I can join any shift Night or Day, so I can manage to attend classes.
The only concern is that will I be able to use my work experience and my degree both in future (in my next MNC) or in UPSC interview?
Will it create any impact?
UPSC people or MNC will make any objection for my work experience and regular degree??

I can adjust for examination leaves and for some classes too.

It is not a legal uery.

When you ask whether you can carry on a private job along with a full-time educational course it is more or less a legal query.

A job holder is not precluded from doing a full-time course if your work hours do not clash with the timing of the course in many of the universities.

If the university where you want to pursue your studies doesn't prevent an employee joining a course specifically, you can carry out both simultaneously.

Joining an educational course is an ordinary right. You are free to pursue the same if you can manage the job and the course.

I agree with Raja Sekharan.

Then, you can pursue your education through correspondence degree course offered by many Universities. As such there is no any cut short method to peruse your regular degree by continuing of your course of employments.

I concur with Asgher Mahdi and Raja Sekharan.
