Adv Prashant (Expert) 24 January 2017
Its ancestral property not self earned by your grandfather.so your uncle will eligible to get eqal share in this property and your grandfather can't ignore your uncle to deprive from their legal share in such property.

ur uncle also have 1 share in said property therefore ur GF cannot dismiss him.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 24 January 2017
Agreeing with Mr. Prashant, Mr. R.K Nanda.

Property inherited upto 4 generations of male lineage (i.e., father, grand father, etc.) is ... ancestral property.

The owner of self acquired property can dispose it as per his wish.

If the said property has attained status of self acquired in between/in the hands of your grandfather, then only the owner can dispose it as per his wish during his life time.
