Dear Sir.
A& B husband & wife having 4 Daughters &1 son .now two daughter s&one son expired. And tow son in law s remarried, now only two daughters are left ,where as deceased daughters children are also.kindly tell me how partition will take place of ancestor's property as well as self acquired. Case is for Utter Pradesh.

All the existing children of A&B as well as the grand children (Children of Deceased's children of A&B) shall get equal share of the property.

It seems both Husband and wife are still alive, if so, they can dispose of their property as per their wish.
